RARE MARINE PARK PERMIT
When we talk about “rare opportunities”, if you want to work the Great Barrier Reef you better believe that this is one of them. For anyone in, or wishing to enter the lucrative marine tourist industry, be it scuba diving, reef fishing, marlin fishing or simply fish feeding and viewing, then this permit is for you.
Quite simply, it is very difficult to make money with the newer Marine Park Permits - it is nigh impossible with all the restrictions that apply to newer reef permits, coupled with daily booking requirements. You need a “Grandfather Permit”, one that allows greater freedom of access. And that is what we are offering you.
This permit will allow the following;
The permit applies to all zones and locations (with limitations) within the Far North Management Areas and Cairns/Cooktown Management Areas.
It also allows swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, fish feeding and passenger transport fishing.
Vessel to 35metres.
Passenger capacity of 50.
The operator may access the Cairns area daily without obtaining a booking.
Daily access to Upolo Cay Reef is available.
